Festival of the Cranes, San Antonio, N.M.

Thrill to flocks of Sandhill Cranes and snow geese at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. The Expo Tent will be back this year, but there will be no Fine Art Show. A favorite treat for many birders after a day of tours, talks, workshops and the evening fly-in of Sandhill Cranes  is a green chili burger at the Owl Bar and Café. The whole experience feeds a birder’s camera, memories and soul.

November 27-30
